The Inspirational Journey Together
The two founders Payal & Nikita Goyal also share the beautiful mother-daughter bond and complement each other perfectly carrying their years of domain expertise. While Payal has been in the e-commerce space for the past 10 years and has substantial experience in reselling, and exporting globally, Nikita is a gold medal design graduate from NIFT Mumbai. She took up a corporate job for a few years until Covid came the way and made her realize how she could contribute to the artist communities and create a positive impact around. Sharing a common passion for artistic and crafts creations, they both began their venture in November 2022. Offering the perfect fusion of modern designs and heritage handicrafts, the brand showcases the finest collection of wood-carved decors and ceramic kitchenware that would surely steal the spotlight. From elegant bowls to stylish mugs, each piece is crafted with precision and care to add a touch of artistry to the culinary experience.
Talking about the ideation behind the brand name, the founders share, “Just as the flower rose spreads the fragrance of love and beauty, similarly the “The Indian Rose” spreads the love of labor and the beauty of the timeless classic designs the artists create.”

With an aim to work with various craft clusters from all over India, the brand envisions celebrating and promoting Indian crafts and artisans, by creating new-age products with the artisans and bringing them on a global platform so that people worldwide have access to these intricate crafts. The brand works closely with various crafts across India and its artisans to develop and innovate products in the home decor segment. Payal & Nikita, the two brand missionaries aim to support and empower artisans and cultural heritage while also creating a sense of guidance and satisfaction in customers.
India which is a hub for around 32 different art categories has many untapped collections in different segments not only the brand wants to confine in lifestyle and home décor but also bring the cultural art forms in jewellery, and garments and become a one-shop stop for all handicraft aesthetic lovers in the coming years.
