When I couldn’t find the right piece, I decided to design one myself. Backed by my husband’s family business, TELON—a trusted menswear brand since 1986—I created my very first outfit. It was simple, elegant, and made with love. To my surprise, it received heartfelt praise from family and friends, and that encouragement pushed me to take the leap. In October 2018, I officially launched Vern Kids, a brand born out of a mother’s desire to dress her child in thoughtfully designed ethnic wear.
Drawing from her personal journey as a mother and her professional background in the menswear industry, Priyanka thoughtfully designed a collection of boys’ ethnic wear that truly resonated with modern parents. Rooted in traditional Indian aesthetics yet adapted for contemporary comfort and practicality, her creations offer a perfect balance of style and ease.
